From raw idea to validated document, driven by AI
A to Z document and product generator with intelligent review and correction workflow
We invented a way to use Claude and Manus to generate ready-to-use documents for their clients, and to create new products.
I then designed a correction workflow manageable from an Airtable dashboard, allowing documents to be automatically sent for proofreading to healthcare professionals. Once the correction deadline is reached, the document is sent back to Claude to integrate the corrections. A V2 is generated, ready to go through the same cycle, up to 4 times in total.
This system gives the LTHK team the ability to turn a sudden idea or a field insight into a new product, a new offer, or a new project, powered by AI, and then have it proofread and corrected efficiently.
Cirkwi — Tech Start-up
Leveraged their huge database to post 5+/week on every socials, fully automatic, with weekly reporting
Fully automatic social media content generation, posting machine, and comment answering, using their huge content database to feed the AI
They never really used their monstrous image and content database for marketing yet. We changed that. I built an interface allowing to quickly select content from their database. Months of content selected in half an hour.
Then, the selected content is fed into the machine that will post on every social, several times per week, automatically, with AI optimized text content. Every day, data is brought back from socials into a Google sheet reporting tool with top posts highlighted, enabling AI finetuning and marketing strategy at scale.

A data-trained AI chatbot for 24/7 customer support, self-learning, with RAG system bound to their WordPress
RAG System AI Chatbot for internal AND external use
Fin.AI (Intercom) as the chatbot, Pinecone for the vector database (RAG System), intelligently mirroring all their WordPress content sorted in categories to strategically feed the AI depending on the demand/use-case.
The chatbot is also connected to their internal Discord (like a Slack workspace) to answer process questions, report on their database content. All the discussions between the chatbot and customers are logged into their Discord for review, and to use them as base to generate new content on WordPress, for support, internal process etc...
