Who we are

This application ("Accelerator") is operated by Théo Marcadet, sole proprietor (Entrepreneur individuel, EI), micro-entrepreneur (French small business status), SIREN 852 700 467, registered with the French National Business Register (RNE) since April 15, 2025, intra-community VAT number FR50 852 700 467, operating under French law.

What data we collect

Via Meta (Facebook/Instagram) OAuth:

We do not collect your personal Facebook profile data, messages, or any data unrelated to ad management.

Via Google OAuth:

We do not access any Google Drive or Google Sheets files outside of those you explicitly provide during your workflow. We do not collect your Google profile data, Gmail, Google Contacts, or any other Google data.

Via Slack OAuth:

We do not access any Slack messages, files, private conversations or other channels outside the one you explicitly designate.

Via Notion OAuth:

We do not access any other page, database or content in your Notion workspace outside the template created for Accelerator.

Why we collect it

We use this data exclusively to operate the system on your behalf:

Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on the performance of the licence agreement entered into with the Publisher (article 6.1.b of the GDPR) and, where applicable, on your explicit consent given during OAuth authorisations (article 6.1.a of the GDPR).

Data retention

Your tokens and configuration data are kept for the entire duration of your active licence. Upon termination of the contract, they are deleted within 30 days, except where legal retention obligations apply (invoicing and accounting: 10 years).

How we store it

Your access tokens and business asset IDs are stored securely and in isolation on the Publisher's infrastructure. We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to any third party.

Our use of data obtained through Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The site and APIs transit through Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) acting as reverse proxy. This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by the European Commission.
