Who we are

What data we collect

Via Meta (Facebook/Instagram) OAuth:

• Your Meta Business Portfolio user access token
• Your Facebook Page IDs and names
• Your Instagram account IDs and names
• Your Ad Account IDs and names
• Your Pixel IDs

We do not collect your personal Facebook profile data, messages, or any data unrelated to ad management.

Via Google OAuth:

• Read access to Google Drive folders you designate (to retrieve ad creatives)
• Read access to Google Sheets files you designate (to retrieve ad copy)

We do not access any Google Drive or Google Sheets files outside of those you explicitly provide during your workflow. We do not collect your Google profile data, Gmail, Google Contacts, or any other Google data.

Why we collect it

We use this data exclusively to operate the system on your behalf:

• Automate the creation and publishing of Meta ad campaigns, ad sets, and ad creatives
• Retrieve your business assets (pages, ad accounts, pixels) to configure your automation workflows
• Read creative files from your designated Google Drive folder
• Read ad copy from your designated Google Sheets file

How we store it

Your access tokens and business asset IDs are stored securely within your dedicated n8n automation instance, hosted on a private VPS. We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to any third party.

Our use of data obtained through Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data deletion

You can request deletion of all your data at any time via our contact form.

You can also revoke access directly from each platform at any time:

• → Revoke Meta access in Facebook Settings
  Revoking access immediately invalidates your user access token and stops all Meta automation.
• → Revoke Google access in your Google Account
  Find "Accelerator" or "ACCELERATOR" in the list and remove it. This immediately stops all Google Drive and Sheets access.

Third-party services

This app interacts with the Meta Graph API and Google APIs (Drive, Sheets). Your use of these platforms is also governed by their respective privacy policies:
