Who we are

This application ("Accelerator") is operated by Théo Marcadet, sole proprietor (Entrepreneur individuel, EI), micro-entrepreneur (French small business status), SIREN 852 700 467, registered with the French National Business Register (RNE) since April 15, 2025, intra-community VAT number FR50 852 700 467, operating under French law.

What data we collect

Via Meta (Facebook/Instagram) OAuth:

Your Meta Business Portfolio user access token
Your Facebook Page IDs and names
Your Instagram account IDs and names
Your Ad Account IDs and names

We do not collect your personal Facebook profile data, messages, or any data unrelated to ad management.

Via Google OAuth:

Read access to Google Drive folders you designate (to retrieve ad creatives)
Read access to Google Sheets files you designate (to retrieve ad copy)

We do not access any Google Drive or Google Sheets files outside of those you explicitly provide during your workflow. We do not collect your Google profile data, Gmail, Google Contacts, or any other Google data.

Via Slack OAuth:

The IDs and names of members of the Slack channel you designate (to identify media buyers authorised to launch ad batches)
The name and ID of the designated Slack channel

We do not access any Slack messages, files, private conversations or other channels outside the one you explicitly designate.

Via Notion OAuth:

Read and write access to a Notion template created during the OAuth authorisation flow, and to the databases generated by the system within that template
Automatic creation of the elements required for the system to operate

We do not access any other page, database or content in your Notion workspace outside the template created for Accelerator.

Why we collect it

We use this data exclusively to operate the system on your behalf:

Automate the creation and publishing of Meta ad campaigns, ad sets, and ad creatives
Retrieve your business assets (pages, ad accounts) to configure your automation workflows
Read creative files from your designated Google Drive folder
Read ad copy from your designated Google Sheets file
Identify media buyers authorised to launch ad batches via the designated Slack channel
Build and maintain the Notion template dedicated to the system's operation in your workspace

Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on the performance of the licence agreement entered into with the Publisher (article 6.1.b of the GDPR) and, where applicable, on your explicit consent given during OAuth authorisations (article 6.1.a of the GDPR).

Data retention

Your tokens and configuration data are kept for the entire duration of your active licence. Upon termination of the contract, they are deleted within 30 days, except where legal retention obligations apply (invoicing and accounting: 10 years).

How we store it

Your access tokens and business asset IDs are stored securely and in isolation on the Publisher's infrastructure. We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to any third party.

Our use of data obtained through Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The site and APIs transit through Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) acting as reverse proxy. This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by the European Commission.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right to access, rectification and erasure
Right to data portability
Right to object and to restriction of processing
Right to withdraw consent at any time

To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL (cnil.fr).

Data deletion

You can request deletion of all your data at any time via our contact form.

You can also revoke access directly from each platform at any time:

→ Revoke Meta access in Facebook Settings
Revoking access immediately invalidates your user access token and stops all Meta automation.
→ Revoke Google access in your Google Account
Find "Accelerator" or "ACCELERATOR" in the list and remove it. This immediately stops all Google Drive and Sheets access.
→ Revoke Slack access
Click "Remove App" to remove Accelerator from your entire workspace and prevent members of Théo Marcadet from using it.
Revoke Notion access: open Notion, go to Settings, then Connections, then the Installed tab. Select Accelerator, then choose pages to remove or click Disconnect.

Third-party services

This app interacts with the Meta Graph API, Google APIs (Drive, Sheets), the Slack API and the Notion API. Your use of these platforms is also governed by their respective privacy policies:
